Exchange and Return Policy


Return and Exchange Policy


  • Return or Exchange Conditions:


1- The product must be intact and in its original condition (new) with the item code if available and all accessories, with no scratches or signs of use.

2- Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for health reasons.

3- The number of return or exchange attempts is limited to one per purchase.

4- Sunglasses can not be returned, but can be exchanged within five days of receipt.

5- Discounted products can not be returned and can only be exchanged within 24 hours.

6- The return period is 24 hours from the time the customer receives his/her order.

7- The exchange period is 5 days from receipt of the order, and exchanges must be for the same value or higher, with any difference paid if applicable.


  • Return or Exchange Process:


Upon receiving your request and ensuring all requirements are met, we will submit a request to the shipping company to prepare a return shipment. A shipping label will be sent to you to print and prepare the shipment. The customer must deliver the shipment, as received with all its accessories, to any branch of the shipping or delivery company. If the customer exceeds the two-day delivery period, the store reserves the right to take the necessary actions.


  • Return or Exchange Fees:


We review the customer's request upon order completion and verify the product details, then prepare the required product based on the product details. If there are additional details we need to verify, like ring sizes or other details, we will contact the customer to ensure the suitable product. If the correct product is sent to the customer and the customer wishes to return or exchange the item, they must visit the nearest branch with the original invoice and contact the store department to ensure all conditions mentioned above are met, after which the service can be coordinated with one of the branches. If the customer wishes to have the item delivered or shipped, additional fees will be applied as follows:

1- Exchange fee: 50 SAR.

2- Return fee: 30 SAR.


  • Refund Duration:


Once the order is received and inspected at the store, it will be checked by the technical department. If the products meet the return conditions, the amount paid will be refunded to the same card used previously. The refund will be refunded throughout 14 business days. The customer will be provided with the return process upon request and can contact the relevant parties, such as (customer's bank, Tabby, Tamara), if there is a delay in the amount reflecting in the purchasing account.


  • NOTE :

The exchange and return period for international orders does not differ, but shipping and customs fees may be borne by the customer depending on their value with the shipping company.
