Additionally, we offer delivery services with Shaden's representatives within the Riyadh area to swiftly and effectively meet urgent orders.
Delivery costs vary and can become free depending on the time frame and total order amount, as detailed below:
1- The usual, delivery within Riyadh is within 1 to 2 working days and may reach 5 working days during the seasons or in the event of filling in incorrect data and costs 25 riyals through SMSA Express, while delivery is free for orders valued at 500 riyals or more.
2- Shipping outside Riyadh takes one to five business days at a cost of 25 through SMSA or another company if SMSA does not cover the delivery area, and is free for orders valued at 500 or more.
3- Express delivery within Riyadh, which can be completed within four hours during working hours by Shaden's representatives, is available for 50 knowing that working hours are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
1- Buyers must enter all correct and accurate information, such as the product delivery address, recipient's name, and contact number, to avoid any delivery delays.
2- Shaden assumes no responsibility once the shipment is received by the shipping or delivery company.
3- If the product is delivered or shipped to an incorrect location or there is no response to the shipping company, Shaden is not responsible for any resulting delays.
4- Buyers should track the shipment using the tracking number to ensure timely delivery. Please note that tracking information is automatically issued by the carriers without any intervention from our side.
