Products at Shaden’s website and branches are covered by an official international warranty, ranging from 1 to 5 years depending on the product and brand. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.

We offer express delivery service within Riyadh, with orders delivered within 4 hours exclusively by Shaden’s courier, during working hours which is from 10 AM to 10 PM.

You can get the benefit from installment payment services through Tabby and Tamara upon accessing the payment page. The service is also available in branches.
